We use “Legitimate Interests” as our lawful basis of processing your personal information in line with GDPR. You can object to our processing at anytime, by contacting your local Franchisee or by emailing us at informationofficer@lawnscience.co.uk. Upon receipt of your objection we will cease the processing of your personal information.
We will only use your personal data when legally permitted. The most common uses of your personal data are:
a. To register you as a new customer or prospect
b. To contact you post a quotation to enquire if you would like to use our services
c. To contact you by email or text to schedule your lawn treatment.
d. To contact you by email or text to provide you with feedback regarding your lawns condition after a treatment.
e. To advise you of additional treatments that we can apply to your lawn, garden or home.
We may from time to time use your personal data without your knowledge or consent where this is required or permitted by law.
